Pfizer Original - For first and second dose recipients ages 12+

Pfizer pediatric - First ,Second or Booster doses for ages 5-12 (Max 3 total doses)

Pfizer Bivalent Booster Vaccine - 1 dose for ages 12-64, 2 Booster doses for ages 65+ , Immunocompromised patients

COVID Vaccine doses can only be provided 3 months after an active COVID infection and can only be provided according to current Eligibilty as per Alberta Health Services guidelines
Please remember to bring a valid ID + your health care card
Wear clothing that will easily allow access to your upper arm for receiving the immunization
Please allow 15 minutes after your appointment in case of any allergic reactions
Please do not come to the pharmacy if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and/or have had a positive COVID-19 test result in the last 14 days.
If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
