Covid-19 Vaccine Appointment - Waitlist

We are currently booking Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccines for the week of May 10th 2021 and onwards for Albertans aged 12 and above. Kindly fill out the form below and one of our colleagues will be in touch to book your appointment.

Bookings for second doses will begin when supply allows, after all qualifying Albertans 12 and over have been offered a first dose, likely in late June, (no later than four months from the first dose). Exceptions: Profoundly immunocompromised Albertans may recieve their second doses 21 days after their first.

Every Albertan (with an active Alberta Health Care card) aged 12 and above can get vaccinated. We have both Pfizer (ages 12 and above) and Moderna
(ages 18 and above) available. Please call us directly to book an appointment or fill the form below in order for us to get in touch with you to book an appointment. Walk-In' s welcome. Thank you for choosing grassroots pharmacy and compounding.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Before your appointment we would like to remind you of the following:

  • We will contact you the day before for screening purposes and to confirm your appointment
  • Please remembering to bring a valid ID + your health care card
  • Wear clothing that will easily allow access to your upper arm for receiving the immunization
  • Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before to your appointment time to avoid crowding in the pharmacy.
  • Please allow 15 minutes after your appointment in case of any allergic reactions
  • Please do not come to the pharmacy if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and/or have had a positive COVID-19 test result in the last 14 days.
  • If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

All current Health Canada approved COVID-19 vaccines will be provided to Albertans in a 16-week (4 month) timeline between the first and second dose. This appointment is for the first dose only.
