So grateful for the kind and helpful staff here! I needed my mother to send me some important documents from Canmore via FedEx while I'm out of country, so she went down to get an envelope from this location. They were super kind and helpful, gave her an envelope free of charge, and showed her how to affix everything for shipping and customs. So grateful for the kindness and excellent customer service!

Ash and Ed were so great and accommodating. They went out of their way to get the prescription I needed in-pharmacy so that I could leave with it that same day since I’m from out-of-town. So prompt and professional. If you’re from Canmore or visiting and need to go to a pharmacy; definitely go to grassroots! They’ll do everything they can to help and make sure you’re attended-to.

The staff were both friendly and accommodating. Had a PCR test done here before flying out Vancouver and process was quick and easy. Had a bit of a scare with the lab report but Ashif was reachable via the website chat function and quickly fixed everything ensuring that we were able to continue our travel. Thanks to Ashif and the Grassroots team.

This place is not just the best pharmacy in Canmore but the best in Canada. I have never met an owner and staff that goes above and beyond to help a customer/stranger like me. Ashif is a great listener and understands where you are coming from. He shows empathy towards his customers. I don't usually take time to write long reviews but grassroots deserve all the credits for the way they are running the business. Cheers.

I can’t think of a better business than Grassroots Pharmacy to write my first official Google review for! The staff and owners are absolutely incredible. A few months back I misplaced my recently purchased sunglasses and thought I left them somewhere in the store. The owners who were working helped me find them by looking through the surveillance footage to see if I was wearing them when I came in or not. At the end of it, they fell off my head and were found in my vehicle and were not in the store. Needless to say, the staff dropped everything they were doing to help. On top of that nice gesture, they make an effort to say hello and ask how I’m doing every time I go in. They are an incredible asset to our community and I can’t thank them enough for all that they do.

This is the most amazing pharmacy I have ever been to! The customer service by the owner was outstanding. He is so kind & incredible, I can’t say enough good things. He delivered my medication while I’m sick & unable to go out & wouldn’t even take my tip! Made my entire day.

Only place to get the rapid tests now. Mine came back possitive, sadly. Staff is very helpful and patient.
